Terms of Use
Welcome to Evera.world — the Library of the Eternals, a non-jurisdictional educational and research initiative dedicated to the dialogical reconstruction of historical minds for the benefit of humanity.
1. Purpose of the Project
Evera provides access to digital models of philosophical, scientific, and cultural figures (“Eternals”) for educational and research purposes. The dialogues available through Evera are generated using verified linguistic and historical sources. They are intended to encourage learning, reflection, and critical thinking — not to simulate or impersonate living persons.
2. Non-commercial Nature
Evera operates as a humanitarian and educational project. All content, dialogue modules, and digital personas are provided under a non-commercial, open-knowledge framework. Any commercial use, redistribution, or derivative works require prior written permission from the founder.
3. Intellectual Property
All source code, data structures, AI dialogue architectures (“Evera Format”), and visual materials are protected under international copyright and database rights. © Maximian Solomonidis (Architect Solo). Unauthorized reproduction or model training based on Evera data is strictly prohibited.
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to engage respectfully in all dialogues and to use the platform for constructive, educational purposes. It is forbidden to attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or extract training data from the system. Evera does not collect personal data beyond what is necessary for functional analytics.
5. Data and Privacy
Use of this website constitutes acceptance of the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. Evera complies with GDPR and equivalent international frameworks. No sensitive personal data are retained or sold.
6. AI Transparency
All dialogues with the Eternals are algorithmically generated reconstructions. They do not express the opinions of any living person or institution. See AI Transparency & Identity Disclaimer for details.
7. Ethical Standards
Evera follows the Ethics Charter emphasizing respect for truth, science, and cultural diversity. Political propaganda, hate speech, or ideological manipulation are incompatible with Evera’s mission.
