Evera follows the principle of data minimalism: we collect only what is necessary to provide functionality and improve educational access. We do not monetize or profile user activity. Data ethics is central to Evera’s mission — knowledge must enlighten, not exploit.

We may collect technical data such as browser type, session time, and approximate region for analytics. We do not collect personal identifiers, voice data, or biometric information. Evera does not use advertising trackers, third-party cookies, or fingerprinting tools.

Collected data is used exclusively to maintain performance, security, and to understand educational engagement. No data are shared with advertisers, data brokers, or political organizations.

All technical data are anonymized and stored securely on EU servers. Logs are automatically deleted after 30 days unless needed for diagnostics.

Evera complies with international privacy frameworks including GDPR (EU 2016/679), CCPA (California), and the UNESCO Recommendation on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence (2021). As a non-jurisdictional educational project, Evera upholds these principles voluntarily and globally.

8. User Rights

Users can request deletion of any associated session data by contacting @solomonidis. Evera does not require registration or accounts.

9. Data Security

All communications use HTTPS with HSTS. Data access is limited to system administrators under confidentiality agreements.

This policy may be updated as Evera evolves technologically and ethically. The version number and publication date are visible below.
