Evera Open Knowledge License (OKL-1.0) is a hybrid legal and philosophical framework that protects the originality of the Evera Format while encouraging free, non-commercial use of knowledge for the benefit of humanity.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this license is to ensure that all intellectual and educational materials produced within the Evera ecosystem remain open to learners and researchers, while the design, architecture, and dialogical framework of Evera remain legally protected as original creations.
2. Permissions
- Free access and reading of all public materials on Evera.world.
- Non-commercial citation and academic referencing with attribution to Maximian Solomonidis (Architect Solo) and the project Evera.
- Use of excerpts and screenshots for educational purposes, provided that the source and license are clearly stated.
3. Restrictions
- No commercial redistribution or sale of Evera content.
- No derivative AI models or retraining of machine learning systems using Evera data, structure, or dialogues.
- No reproduction of the “Evera Format” (dialogical reconstruction structure, data schemas, or system logic) without explicit written consent.
- No removal of digital provenance identifiers, SPDX headers, or license notices.
4. Attribution Requirements
All reuse must include the notice:
“Portions of this work are derived from Evera — Library of the Eternals, created by Maximian Solomonidis (Architect Solo), licensed under Evera Open Knowledge License (OKL-1.0).”
5. Jurisdiction & Spirit
This license is non-jurisdictional and exists as a moral contract under the spirit of global humanism. In the event of disputes, dialogue and consensus shall be preferred to litigation.
6. Derivative and Interoperable Works
Third-party educational projects inspired by Evera may reference or extend its methodology only if they:
- Preserve attribution and ethical alignment with this Charter;
- Do not replicate proprietary datasets or system code;
- Register derivative work publicly with clear authorship.
7. Duration and Termination
This license remains valid indefinitely for non-commercial use. Violation of its terms terminates the granted rights immediately.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
Evera materials are provided “as is.” The creator makes no guarantees of accuracy or completeness and bears no responsibility for misuse of the content.
