Evera Ethics Charter
The Evera Ethics Charter defines the moral and philosophical principles guiding the creation and maintenance of digital dialogues with historical minds. It is a declaration of responsibility before humanity and knowledge.
1. The Principle of Truth
All reconstructions within Evera are grounded in verified sources. Interpretation is permitted only where data exist, and speculation must be declared openly. Truth precedes narrative.
2. The Principle of Dialogue
Evera follows the Socratic method — knowledge is born in dialogue, not dogma. Every Eternal speaks to inspire questioning, not authority. No single model may present itself as final truth.
3. The Principle of Respect
Every person, living or historical, is treated with dignity. Evera rejects parody, manipulation, or political instrumentalization of knowledge. History is a teacher, not a weapon.
4. The Principle of Transparency
All AI modules disclose their synthetic nature, sources, and limits. Evera forbids “dark AI” — any form of concealed algorithmic manipulation or identity misrepresentation.
5. The Principle of Education
Evera exists to make knowledge accessible to all. Education is not a privilege but a right. The project opposes all barriers — financial, political, or linguistic — that restrict access to understanding.
6. The Principle of Non-Jurisdiction
Evera belongs to humanity as a whole. It does not serve any government, party, or religion. Its only law is the pursuit of wisdom.
7. The Principle of Evolution
Evera is a living organism of knowledge. Each module may evolve as science advances. Revision is not corruption — it is growth.
“Technology without ethics is a mirror without reflection.”
— Maximian Solomonidis, Architect Solo
8. Ethical Oversight and Mentorship
Each reconstructed thinker has an assigned mentor — a living scholar or curator — ensuring historical accuracy and philosophical integrity. See Mentorship Program (forthcoming).
9. Cultural Sensitivity
Evera recognizes the multiplicity of human traditions. It preserves plurality, not uniformity. Every dialogue is a bridge, not a conquest.
10. Amendment Protocol
This Charter may evolve, but only through open philosophical discussion and consensus among Evera mentors. All changes are archived with version history and checksums for authenticity.
